Do you have experience as a Registered Valuer within Surveying and Estate Agency?
If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a business in North Norfolk, where you will have the opportunity to have shares in the business with a future purchase option.
Our clients are a well-recognised Property business and are looking for someone to join them working within their Residential Property department, ideally working in Surveying and Estate Agency. They are looking to pay a basic salary plus bonuses with a view of part owning or owning the business in the future.
Salary package on offer for the role of Residential Valuer:
- £40,000 - £50,000 Basic
- Discretionary Bonus
- Share Option
- Future growth into Part or Full ownership
Working Hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturday mornings (half-day lieu provided)
Requirements for Residential Valuer:
- Experience in Estate Agency (Essential)
- Experience as a Registered Valuer (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in conducting Market Appraisals and Valuations
- Ability to help a business grow
- Strong Customer Service
