The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across your designated area
- Undertake Mortgage Valuations to a high professional standard
- Deliver accurate and timely reports in line with industry regulations and best practice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
- Manage your workload effectively while maintaining high service standards
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified
- Registered Valuer Status (VRS)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and professional standards
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
