We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected and successful surveying practice, operating within a fixed geographical area across the Isle of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor seeking a part-time position with the flexibility of remote working, supported by a well-established business with a strong reputation in the residential property sector.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

  • Conduct residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and Level 2)
  • Produce accurate, professional survey reports using industry-leading technology
  • Manage your workload efficiently within a fixed geographical area
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the survey process
  • Meet personal income and productivity targets
  • Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives
  • Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

Residential Surveyor Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Residential Surveyor
  • AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential surveys and valuation reports
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced and professional environment
