Are you an experienced AssocRICS+ qualified Residential Surveyor passionate about delivering high-quality residential valuations and surveys within a collaborative, well-supported environment?

Due to continued growth, a well-recognised and highly successful surveying practice specialising in residential property is recruiting for a Residential Surveyor in Huddersfield, offering an excellent opportunity for both experienced AssocRICS Surveyors and those with higher credentials to develop their careers within a respected and forward-thinking organisation.

This is a remote / work-from-home role with a fixed geographical patch, designed to provide a strong work-life balance alongside structured operational support.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

  • Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys
  • Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys within your designated area
  • Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports using modern technology
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the surveying process
  • Manage a fixed geographical workload efficiently
  • Work towards personal income and performance targets
  • Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team development
  • Maintain ongoing professional development through training and industry updates
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards and guidelines

Residential Surveyor Requirements

  • Experience as a Residential Surveyor, ideally AssocRICS qualified or higher
  • Strong familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reporting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Professional, proactive, and reliable approach
