The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

  • Carry out residential valuation reports
  • Undertake RICS Level 1 and Level 2 Home Surveys
  • Produce accurate, high-quality reports using market-leading technology
  • Manage a fixed geographical patch efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Work towards agreed productivity and income targets
  • Attend regional meetings and contribute to team success
  • Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing CPD and industry updates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process

Residential Surveyor Requirements

  • AssocRICS qualified or above
  • Previous experience carrying out residential surveys and valuation reports
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
  • Full UK driving licence
