We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a successful and expanding surveying firm covering the Newcastle area. Due to continued business growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor to join a supportive team, benefiting from remote working, leading report-writing software, and ongoing career development.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (full training provided if required)
- Undertake Red Book Valuations
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports using industry-leading surveying software
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the surveying process
- Manage your own diary and workload efficiently while working remotely
- Ensure all reports are completed to the highest professional and regulatory standards
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- AssocRICS qualified (minimum)
- Experience carrying out Level 2 Home Surveys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
