We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the Kingston-upon-Thames area. Due to continued business growth, they're looking for an experienced surveying professional to work on a consultancy basis, covering properties within a 25-mile radius of your home.

Offering complete flexibility, strong administrative support, and an excellent fee split, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced surveyor seeking greater autonomy and work-life balance.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

  • Carry out RICS Home Surveys (Level 2/HomeBuyer Reports)
  • Undertake Mortgage Valuations
  • Deliver high-quality survey reports using industry-leading reporting software
  • Manage your own workload while maintaining excellent service standards
  • Work closely with the support team to ensure an efficient customer journey
  • Maintain professional standards and deliver accurate, compliant reports
  • Cover work within a 25-mile radius of your home

Residential Surveyor Requirements

  • AssocRICS qualified (minimum) or above
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification surveying experience
  • VRS registered
  • Strong experience carrying out residential valuations and surveys
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary effectively
