We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing and highly regarded surveying firm covering the South London area.
Due to increased business levels, this is an excellent opportunity for an AssocRICS-qualified Surveyor looking to join a supportive business offering remote working, excellent earning potential and genuine career progression. The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys across South London
- Conduct RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (full training provided if required)
- Complete Red Book Valuations
- Produce accurate, professional reports in accordance with RICS standards
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the inspection and reporting process
- Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
Residential Surveyor Requirements:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification
- Experience carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, organised and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
