We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing surveying practice on a consultancy basis, covering the Portsmouth area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Surveyor looking for flexibility, with the ability to work a minimum of two days per week from home while carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Mortgage Valuations across your agreed regional area
- Complete Homebuyer / Level 2 Surveys
- Undertake a range of residential valuation and survey work
- Manage your workload around your agreed working days
- Complete accurate and detailed reports
- Maintain high professional and customer service standards
- Work remotely with flexible working arrangements
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher
- Registered Valuer status
- Experience carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
What's on Offer?
- Fee split on all surveys carried out
- OTE between £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on agreed working days and workload
