MRICS or AssocRICS qualified and experienced in residential surveying and valuations?
We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established and growing surveying practice, covering East London postcodes E, IG, RM, SE and N.

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
- Undertake residential property valuations, including private valuations
- Conduct residential and commercial property inspections
- Complete HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys
- Deliver accurate surveys and valuations in line with RICS standards and best practice
- Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout the survey process
- Maintain high standards of reporting, documentation and compliance
- Manage your own workload and appointments effectively
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Registered Valuer (VRS)
- Degree qualified in Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of residential construction, building defects and property condition
- Experience undertaking residential surveys and valuations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
- Professional approach to client relationships and service delivery
- Full UK driving licence
