Experienced in residential surveying, Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys, and Red Book Valuations?
We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established and successful residential surveying practice in the Stoke-on-Trent area, following an increase in business levels and continued growth.

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports
- Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys
- Undertake Red Book Valuations
- Produce accurate, detailed, and high-quality survey reports
- Deliver a professional service to clients throughout the surveying process
Working hours
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday
- Remote / work-from-home working.
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified
- Registered Valuer
- Proven experience delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
- Experience undertaking Red Book Valuations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
