Due to expansion, our clients a well-respected property investment company in Manchester, are currently seeking numerous highly motivated and driven Sales Negotiators to join their expanding team.
Ideally, our clients are seeking highly driven and charismatic individuals who have strong backgrounds working in fast paced, target driven sales environment. Individuals who have experience in off plan new-build sales would be preferable.
The role of a Sales Negotiator for our client will involve:
- Being mainly office based, therefore, requires a strong telephone manner, however you will be expected to conduct some face to face meetings with potential purchasers/ investors or agents.
- With leads provided by our client you'll be required to liaise with potential new clients and home buyers, build a rapport, negotiating on purchases, close for business whilst maintaining professional standards throughout.
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator you must have the following requirements:
- Experience in off plan new build sales - preferable
- Experience in a fast paced, target driven sales environment - essential
- Highly confident, vibrant and charismatic nature
- Strong telephone manner
- Motivated and driven
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to use initiative as business development is required in this role
- Passion for sales
- Ability to sell and close for business
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 6.00pm
- Possible Saturday work
In return, our clients are offering the following:
- £18,000 basic
- £35,000 - £50,000 OTE - uncapped with an opportunity to earn more based on performance.
