Working hours:
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work full-time

Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Worked within either Residential Sales or Lettings for at least 12 months
- Proven track record in Sales or Lettings
- Basic IT skills
- Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
- Strong customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to own car
- Ability to close business
- Personable
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Dealing with enquires on both Sales & Lettings
- Dealing with offers
- Regular contact with vendors and landlords
- Processing contracts
- Legal checks
- Arranging and conducting viewings
