As a Sales & Lettings Valuer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the branch by:

  • Conducting accurate and engaging market appraisals for sales, lettings, and re-lets.
  • Confidently presenting the agency’s services and converting valuations into instructions.
  • Advising on pricing strategies, market trends, and effective marketing plans.
  • Proactively generating new business through call-outs, door knocking, leaflet drops, and social media outreach.
  • Identifying and pursuing takeover opportunities from competitor listings.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and client relationships.
  • Staying on top of local market conditions, legislation, and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Sales or Lettings Valuer role (or similar), with a strong track record in winning new instructions.
  • Confident in conducting market appraisals and securing client commitment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
  • A driven, proactive attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Strong networking ability and local connections are a plus.
