Working hours:
Our client is offering the successful Sales Manager:
- A basic salary of up to £30,000
- Realistic OTE of £38,000 (Uncapped)
- Company car

- Business Mileage paid
As a Sales Manager, your role will involve:
- Conducting Team Morning meetings
- Overseeing Branch
- Managing the team to exceed targets
- Assistant with the branch pipeline
- Team, guide and mentor new members of staff
- Leading by example
- Booking of Sales / Lets with all correct paperwork completed
- Vendor reviews to ensure up to date photography and pricing
To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have the following:
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
- Strong proven track record in Sales or Lettings
- Knowledge of the local market
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to support the team
- Driven and hungry for success
- Have the ability to think on your feet
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
