Are you a Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity? If so, we have a great opportunity with a successful Estate Agency in Stowmarket who are looking to strengthen their team.

Our clients are looking for a driven and hungry individual with industry experience. The role will involve assisting with day to day running of sales team including booking valuations, dealing with offers, attending viewings and covering Valuer in their absence.

The successful Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager will be offered:

  • Basic salary will be up to £30,000
  • Realistic OTE of up to £50,000 (Uncapped)
  • 5-day working week – working 4 days in week and Saturdays
  • Career progression

The role of a Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager will involve:

  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Cross-selling
  • Booking Valuations
  • Assist in managing the team
  • Driving the business forward
  • Provide excellent customer service

Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager requirements:

  • Experience working as a Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven and passionate about property
  • Team player
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • A driving license
