Our client, a respected and independently owned estate agency in Norwich, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership of their sales division. Backed by the Director, you’ll have the freedom to lead with confidence, drive innovation, and build a sales operation that truly reflects your vision and leadership.

This role isn’t about just hitting numbers; it’s about leading strategy, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, the face of the sales operation, and a key player in the agency’s next phase of growth.

The successful Sales Manager will be offered:

The Sales Manager's duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Taking full ownership of the sales department — from listings to completions
  • Developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and market share
  • Building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Leading negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients
  • Acting as the key point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Working closely with the Director to refine sales strategy and hit targets

Sales Manager requirements:

  • A proven track record of winning new business in the Norwich market
  • Experience shaping or leading a sales department
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • A strong background in valuations and converting leads
  • A driven, entrepreneurial mindset - you don’t wait for results, you create them
  • Passion for property, people, and performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Some Saturdays, depending on business levels
