Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy office in Lowestoft on a full or part time basis. You will need to be passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed. Full training and support will be provided as well as a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team!
Working Days:
You will be required to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis. Our client will also consider an applicant seeking part-time hours

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- At least 12 months of experience working as a Sales Negotiator
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven and passionate about property
- Friendly approach
- Team player
- Must be highly self-motivated
- A driving licence and own car
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Greeting buyers & vendors

- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- General Administration duties
