Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator?
Our clients, a successful and well-established Estate Agency, are currently looking for such an individual to join their team in the Birmingham area as a Sales Negotiator / Lettings Negotiator. This role is available due to continued success and expansion plans.
The Sales Negotiator / Lettings Negotiator role will involve:
- Successfully negotiate offers & lets
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Greeting customers & clients in the office
- Registering customers
- Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly.
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
To be considered for the role you must have:
- Highly ambitious
- Previous experience as either a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator
- Hungry and motivated
- Switched on and outgoing personality
- Able to manage workload
- Full UK driver’s license
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 4pm
Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator / Lettings Negotiator:
- £16,000 basic
- £18,000 OTE
