A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a professional, Independent Estate Agency. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy office in Lowestoft. You will need to be passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed. Full training and support will be provided as well as a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team!

Working Days:

You will be required to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Up to £22,000 basic (DOE)
  • £25,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Ongoing training & support

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

  • At least 12 months of experience working as a Sales Negotiator
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven and passionate about property
  • Friendly approach
  • Team player
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • A driving licence and own car

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Sales Progression
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
  • General Administration duties
