Our client, a successful and rapidly growing independent estate agency is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their busy Norwich office due to constant business growth.

This position would be ideal for either an experienced property professional or someone with a strong sales background used to working in a fast-paced environment!

Salary/Package:

  • Basic salary between £18,000-£25,000 DOE
  • OTE of £50,000 uncapped

Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Strong sales background - KPI driven 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team 
  • Ambitious and highly driven
  • Strong work ethic
  • Clean driving licence & access to own vehicle
  • Confident personality
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal 

The role of a Sales Negotiator will involve:

  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
