The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Negotiate offers and sales agreements to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients
- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Proactively generate interest in new instructions and available properties
- Progress sales through to completion while delivering exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and referrals
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch
Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
- Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
