Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy office in Newcastle on a full time basis. You will need to be passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed. The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary £23,000
- £30,000 OTE (Uncapped commission)

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- At least 12 months of experience working as a Sales Negotiator
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven and passionate about property
- Friendly approach
- Team player
- Must be highly self-motivated
- A driving licence and own car
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Sales Progression
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
