Are you a Sales Negotiator looking for a new challenging opportunity? Or are you currently working in Sales and looking to come into Estate Agency? If yes, our clients, an independent leading and innovative modern thinking Estate Agency are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving branch based just North of Nottingham city centre. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and successful team.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic Salary £20,000
  • £25,000 guarantee for the first 6 months
  • Up to £32,500 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Five-day working week
  • Ongoing training and support

Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Estate Agency or Sales experience
  • Hard-working attitude
  • Ambitious
  • Career driven
  • A Team Player, but with individual flair
  • Good customer service skills
  • Full UK Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of the Nottingham area

Duties included in the role of a Sales Negotiator:

  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
  • Valuation generation
  • Negotiating offers
  • Accompanied Viewings
