Our client, a well-respected property company in Aberdeen, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to achieving outstanding results.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience within estate agency.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm.
- Thursdays until 7.00pm
- Some Saturday cover is required on a rota basis and any time worked is given back to the employee (i.e TOIL)
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered
- £25,000 - £30,000
- Commissions

The successful Sales Negotiator will need:
- Experience within estate agency - ideally sales
- UK driving licence
- Understanding of the property market
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to customers
Key responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator will include:
- Attending and booking viewings
- Booking Valuations
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
- Identify viewers specific property search requirements
- Cross-sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
- Dealing with offers
