Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

  • A competitive basic salary.
  • A guarantee period for the first year up to £27,000
  • A market leading commission structure with an OTE of £45,000 - £50,000

As a Sales Negotiator your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the entire sales process from initial offer to final completion, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Coordinating and leading property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm to leave a lasting impression.
  • Managing client communications throughout the sales journey, ensuring a responsive, transparent, and personalised experience.
  • Generating new business leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and collaboration with internal teams to grow the sales pipeline

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a sales or target driven role.
  • Be personable and eager to learn.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable travelling to appointments as needed.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A resilient and adaptable mindset.
  • The want to hit targets and be rewarded with fantastic earnings.
