Our longstanding client, an exceptionally well-regarded independent estate agency with a strong presence across Chelmsford, is continuing to expand and is now seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Cross-selling the company’s additional services
  • Arranging and accompanying viewing appointments
  • Conducting occasional market appraisals when required
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages
  • Achieving personal and team targets
  • Managing sales administration and progressing sales through to completion
  • Reporting directly to the Directors

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

  • Minimum 12 months’ recent experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • Ideally, good knowledge of the Chelmsford market
  • Ambitious and eager to develop, but not seeking an immediate full-time lister role
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
