Our longstanding client, an exceptionally well-regarded independent estate agency with a strong presence across Chelmsford, is continuing to expand and is now seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Cross-selling the company’s additional services
- Arranging and accompanying viewing appointments
- Conducting occasional market appraisals when required
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages
- Achieving personal and team targets
- Managing sales administration and progressing sales through to completion
- Reporting directly to the Directors
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
- Minimum 12 months’ recent experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Ideally, good knowledge of the Chelmsford market
- Ambitious and eager to develop, but not seeking an immediate full-time lister role
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
