The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register applicants and provide a welcoming experience for customers
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers
- Negotiate sales between buyers and vendors
- Progress property sales through to completion
- Generate new business opportunities through canvassing and proactive outreach
- Arrange and support property valuations
- Follow up leads through telephone and face-to-face communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants and vendors
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience preferred, although ambitious candidates looking to develop their property career will be considered
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Proactive, positive, and motivated approach
- Good local knowledge would be advantageous
- Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the property industry
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
