The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential vendors
- Book valuations for the branch listers and management team
- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional manner
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Support the sales process from instruction through to completion
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales journey
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Previous experience in a residential estate agency sales role
- Strong ability to generate new business and book valuations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and target-driven approach
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of the local property market
