They are looking to appoint a proactive and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
- A competitive basic salary of £26,000 - £28,000
- OTE of up to £50,000
- Additional benefits include mileage allowance at 45p per mile
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Working hours:
- Full time position
- Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays per month (9:00am to 4:30pm) on a rota, with time in lieu provided
Requirements for the role of Sales Negotiator:
To succeed in this role, candidates should have estate agency experience with a strong background in sales and customer service. A full UK driving licence and own transport are essential, as the role involves booking and attending viewings, engaging with customers, managing offers, and progressing sales to completion.
Responsibilities of Sales Negotiator:
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Registering candidate interest and expanding the client database
- Developing and maintaining vendor relationships
- Handling offers and negotiating terms
- Managing sales progression from instruction to completion
- Promoting referrals such as solicitors, mortgage brokers, and auction properties
- Engaging with potential landlord and property referrals for additional incentives
