The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Progress sales through to completion
- Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
- Generate new business opportunities
- Work closely with the mortgage and lettings teams to maximise referrals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process
- Assist with property valuations
- Win new instructions
- Deliver outstanding vendor care and support
Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Experience within estate agency, sales, customer service or hospitality
- Previous estate agency experience is essential for Senior Sales Negotiator applicants
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, target-driven approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills
- Professional, personable and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence
