We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful estate agency, offering a strong commission structure, ongoing training, and excellent opportunities for career progression.

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Register new buyers and maintain accurate customer records
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Proactively contact buyers regarding new properties
- Generate new valuation opportunities
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Conduct accompanied viewings
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch and individual targets
Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Previous Estate Agency experience
- Sales experience within property is desirable
- Experience in lettings will also be considered for candidates looking to transition into sales
- Hard-working and motivated approach
- Ambitious and career-driven
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-focused
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence

- £25,000 - £26,000 basic salary

Working Arrangement
- Full time position
- Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays
- Lieu day provided when working Saturdays
