Sales Progressor - Manchester

We are currently looking for a well-experienced sales progressor to join our client and their extremely successful team in Manchester.

Working hours:

As a Sales Progressor, you will be required to work full-time

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

  • Up to a basic of £24,000
  • £45,000 OTE (uncapped)
  • Regular team incentives

To be considered for the Sales Progressor role you must have:

  • Worked within the role previously for at least 2 years
  • To have a great understanding of the role
  • Brilliant organisational skills
  • Proactive
  • Negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Basic IT skills

As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:

  • Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties target which current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably.
  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents.
  • Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
  • Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these.
  • Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress.
  • Proactive approach required
  • Organising your own daily workflow
  • We commit to getting our files to exchange as quickly as possible so it’s important keep your plates spinning!
  • Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are key
  • Dealing with sales all over the country and in Scotland
