Do you enjoy the sale progression element more than the selling house's side of an estate agency? Are you thoroughly knowledgeable of the residential conveyancing process? If yes, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join our client's busy Estate Agency in Prestwich.

This role will also involve viewings and some Property Management duties when needed.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (No weekends)

As a Sales Progressor, you will be offered:

  • £25,000 basic salary

As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for:

  • Progressing sales from ‘offer agreed’ to ‘completion’
  • Guide clients throughout the progress of the sales
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Liaising with all stakeholders throughout a property transaction to provide updates and chase progress
  • Work to milestones and deadlines
  • Overcome challenges throughout the sales process
  • Renegotiate sales when required
  • Work to a target of pipeline conversion
  • Attending viewings when needed
  • Conducting property inspections when needed
  • Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
  • Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance
