Working days:
As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday
Our client is offering the successful Sales Progressor:
- Circa basic salary of £25,000
- Realistic OTE of £32,000
- Ongoing training & support
- Free Parking
As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:
- Liaising with the buyer, seller, and other parties in the chain.
- Completion of property information
- Chasing enquires raised
- Dealing with additional actions your buyers will need to take
- Chasing Exchange of contracts
- Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
- Guide clients throughout the process of the sale
- Provide excellent customer service
- Chase paperwork
To be considered for the role of a Sales Progressor, you must have:
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to progress Property sales through to completion
- Experience in Sales Progression / Conveyancing
