Our client, an award-winning independent estate agency, is looking to appoint a highly organised and personable Sales Progressor to join its high-performing team in the St. Albans area.

You will be responsible for managing property sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion, ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient, and proactive experience throughout.
The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:
- Basic salary of £27,500
- OTE of £35,000+

As a Sales Progressor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of 60+ files at any given time
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
- Providing regular client updates and being the point of contact throughout the transaction
- Troubleshooting delays and proactively progressing each case
- Ensuring compliance checks are completed pre-SSTC
The successful Sales Progressor will have:
- Previous experience progressing residential property sales (essential)
- A strong grasp of the conveyancing process and confidence handling varied sale types
- The ability to manage a high-volume case load while delivering exceptional service
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A personable, calm, and reassuring manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders
- A commercial mindset with attention to detail and process
