An exciting opportunity has arisen in an ever-expanding, successful, market-leading and award-winning Estate Agency, that is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Valuer to join their thriving and ambitious team.
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday 8.45 am-5.30 pm
- Every other Saturday 9 am-4 pm with a day in lieu
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- Basic salary £25,000
- OTE £40,000
To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:
- Estate Agency Sales Valuing experience 1 year +
- Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Target-driven
- Confident and Reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Highly organised
- Numerate
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in photography
- UK Driving license
As a Valuer, your role will involve the following:
- Conducting valuations
- Providing market value
- Selling the services of our clients
- Closing for business
- Gaining instructions
- Help increase market share
- May attend viewings if needs be
