We are currently looking for a high-performing Valuer to join our client and their extremely successful team in Lancaster, Lancashire!
Working hours:
As a Valuer you will be required to work full time
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- A basic of £23,000
- £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Car allowance
- Well being package
- Clear career progression
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have:
- Worked within an estate agency before
- Previous Valuer work is preferred but not required
- Basic IT skills
- Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
- Strong customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence and vehicle
- Ability to close business
- Personable
As a Sales Valuer your role will involve:
- Generate potential valuation, viewing, financial services and legal appointments.
- Follow up business leads.
- Achieve minimum levels of business targets. Strong negotiation skills.
- A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal.
- Confident and able to work alone, as well as in a team.
