Experienced Property Valuer in the St Albans area and looking for a high-earning opportunity?
We're recruiting for a driven and ambitious Valuer to join a successful and respected independent estate agency covering the St Albans area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry property professional with a proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
You'll play a key role in driving valuation leads, attending appointments, and securing new instructions, all while delivering an outstanding level of customer service.
The Role
As a Valuer, you will:
- Generate valuation leads and book appointments
- Attend property valuations and deliver expert pricing advice
- Secure new instructions and grow market share
- Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the valuation process
- Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with the branch and wider team to maximise opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets
Valuer Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property listing
- Proven track record of winning new business and securing instructions
- Strong knowledge of the St Albans property market
- Highly motivated, driven, and target-focused
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident, well-presented, and professional approach
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Full UK driving licence
