Working Hours for the Sales Valuer:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 (occasional Saturday if required)

Salary/Package for the successful Sales Valuer: 

  • Up to £30,000 basic - depending on experience
  • Car allowance
  • Fantastic uncapped earning potential with first year OTE circa £40,000
  • Ongoing support from an experienced senior leadership team.

Responsibilities for the role of the Sales Valuer:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships, generating repeat business, referrals, and enhancing the agency’s reputation in the local market.
  • Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, managing offers effectively to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Secure new instructions by presenting valuation reports and persuasive marketing strategies, building trust with homeowners.
  • Conduct property valuations to provide accurate market appraisals
  • Act as an ambassador for the agency, ensuring customers’ needs and interests remain the top priority.

Sales Valuer requirements:

  • Strong Sales background (Essential)
  • You have a proven track record of working as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer (Desired)
  • You will be able to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • You share the values of our client that include being progressive, accountable and a strong team player.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
