Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency are seeking a Sales Valuer to join their close knit team covering the Snodland and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for a Sales Valuer who wants more than a commission cheque, someone who wants to build a respected name in the area and take pride in how they win business.
You’ll be a key ambassador for their brand, helping sellers begin their next chapter while upholding the high standards that have earned us outstanding local reviews and a loyal client base.
As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:
- £24,000 basic salary
- OTE £34,000 in Year 1, rising to £44,000+ in Year 2

As a Sales Valuer, your duties will be:
- Winning instructions through trust, honesty and genuine expertise
- Conducting valuations across Snodland and the surrounding areas
- Prospecting and building your own pipeline, nurturing warm leads with care
- Bringing new homes to market with attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Guiding clients from valuation to completion with clarity and compassion
- Representing our agency at community events, local initiatives and outreach projects
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:
- Has experience as a Sales Valuer or is a Senior Negotiator ready to step up
- Is driven, proactive and commercially minded—without compromising ethics
- Enjoys prospecting and understands the power of consistent activity
- Takes pride in delivering honest, transparent service
