As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:
- Up to £30,000 Basic (depending on experience)
- OTE of up to £50,000

As a Sales Valuer, your duties will be:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective vendors
- Advise clients on pricing strategies and tailored marketing approaches
- Proactively identify valuation opportunities and secure new instructions
- Attend market appraisals and convert valuations into listings
- Maintain regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
- Collaborate closely with office negotiators to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor pipeline performance to drive swift sales progression
- Work towards agreed performance targets, including listings, conversion rates, and revenue
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:
- Proven track record of successfully listing properties for sale
- Demonstrable ability to win business in competitive situations
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Experience in residential sales, with local market knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High professional standards and strong organisational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
