Our client, who is a nationally recognised estate agency group, is looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Valuer. This is a senior leadership role within a business known for its scale, structure, and career progression opportunities. It offers the autonomy to run a branch with the support, systems, and brand strength of a major UK property group behind you.

Working Hours: 

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00 pm
  • Every other Saturday, 9.00am – 5.00 pm with a day in lieu

Main duties of the Sales Valuer: 

  • Drive branch growth and continually increase market share
  • Oversee and actively participate in all stages of the sales process
  • Deliver a customer experience that consistently creates genuine advocates
  • Build, lead, and develop a high performing branch team
  • Champion the branch within the local community and strengthen its presence
  • Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and budgets, and implement strategies to boost results
  • Work collaboratively with senior managers to resolve challenges and drive deal value, market share, and overall performance
  • Demonstrate openness, honesty, and integrity at all times

Key requirements for the Sales Valuer: 

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or a more senior level
  • Full UK driving licence (manual)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and the wider community
  • Proven ability to create, implement, and deliver branch‑specific business plans
  • Confident in assessing local competitor activity and responding strategically
  • A track record for delivering exceptional customer service
