We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join an established and highly regarded property business covering the East Norfolk Coast.

The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Carry out market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
- Generate and win new instructions
- Maximise valuation-to-instruction conversion opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Generate new business through proactive business development
- Manage and progress your sales pipeline
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise opportunities from the office pipeline
- Negotiate offers and help progress sales through to completion
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Keep up to date with local property market conditions and trends
Sales Valuer requirements:
- Proven experience within residential estate agency
- Strong track record in valuations, winning instructions and generating new business
- Confident carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of the local residential property market
- Commercially minded with a strong results-driven approach
- Organised and able to effectively manage your own pipeline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Full UK driving licence
