The position will require a highly driven individual and experienced property professional who has a strong background in winning and closing for business in a highly competitive market.
The role as a Sales Valuer will involve the following key tasks:
- Attending Sales Valuations
- Selling company benefits
- Providing a realistic sale price
- Winning the instruction
- Closing for business
- Photographing and Measuring property
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:
- A basic salary of £18,000 - £22,000
- OTE of £40,000 - £45,000
- Company car
