As a Senior Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and develop your branch team, creating a positive, motivated, and high-performing culture
  • Manage and monitor branch performance, budgets, and KPIs to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Take ownership of valuations, viewings, and negotiations to ensure smooth sales progression
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community
  • Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and maximise opportunities
  • Implement and oversee processes that deliver efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service
  • Maintain health & safety standards and ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations

  • Proven Branch Manager with a track record of leading a high-performing estate agency
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering business plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office & estate agency systems)
