Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Branch Manager to lead their busy and successful office.
This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch across both sales and lettings, while ensuring exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance. The successful candidate will be a confident and motivating leader with a proven track record in estate agency, strong valuation experience, and the ability to drive results within a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Branch Manager, you will be offered:
- Basic salary of circa £40,000
- Realistic OTE of £50,000+ (including commission/bonus structure)

Key Senior Branch Manager responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy sales and lettings branch
- Managing, motivating, and developing the team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Driving business generation, valuations, instructions, and overall branch profitability
- Ensuring strong pipeline management and high conversion levels across the sales department
- Supporting lettings operations where required to ensure smooth branch performance
- Monitoring figures, performance metrics, and branch results
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and handling escalated client queries
- Building strong relationships within the local market and helping to grow the company brand
- Working closely with the business owners/directors to support business growth and strategy
To be considered for the Senior Branch Manager role, you will need:
- Proven experience within estate agency, covering both sales and lettings (sales-focused preferred)
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager or senior management role
- A strong track record in winning instructions and driving revenue
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- A highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach
- A commercially minded attitude with the ability to drive and improve performance
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
