Are you an experienced Estate Agent with listing experience who is not looking to work weekends? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our client's growing estate agency team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident property professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, winning new business, and building strong local relationships.

Senior Estate Agent requirements:

  • Previous estate agency experience (ideally at Senior Sales Negotiator level or above)
  • A strong track record in listing properties and winning new business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a busy office environment
  • A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)

As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be offered:

  • A basic salary between £30,000 - £35,000 
  • Realistic OTE between £45,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)

The Role:

As a Senior Estate Agent, you will:

  • Play a key role within a busy, supportive, and close-knit team, with additional support from a dedicated Sales Progressor.
  • Focus on winning instructions and generating new business opportunities.
  • Deliver a high standard of service to vendors and buyers throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct professional market appraisals and list residential properties for sale.
  • Generate new business through proactive canvassing and relationship building with vendors and applicants.
  • Provide expert sales advice, prepare compelling property marketing materials, and match buyers to suitable properties.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the sales process through to agreement.
  • Maintain excellent vendor communication, accurate records, sales administration, and compliance standards.
