A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our clients, an international luxury developer who is looking to expand their internal recruitment team. This position will see you based solely in Dubai joining one of the specialist internal recruitment teams, assigned to source both local and international talent for internal roles within their organisation.
Our clients are seeking someone with a strong proven track record in recruitment and the ability to work in a fast-paced demanding position.
The Senior Internal Recruiter will be offered:
- 22,800 – 35,000 AED per month (£75,000 - £90,000 per annum)

Working hours:
- As a Senior Internal Recruiter, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday
Senior Internal Recruiter requirements:
- Strong track record in Recruitment
- Over 15 years in industry
- No GCC experience required
- Already being based in Dubai would advantageous - but not essential
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Work independently, as well as, part of a wider team (both internal and external)
- Able to understand the skills set required within your assigned department and have the ability to target and headhunt the right calibre of candidate
- Organised and able to work on numerous internal vacancies
