The Role
As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day performance and profitability of the lettings branch
- Drive business growth by winning new instructions and increasing market share
- Deliver expert lettings advice and exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Carry out rental valuations and advise landlords on pricing and marketing strategies
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team through coaching, support, and regular performance reviews
- Conduct daily meetings and briefings to maximise branch performance
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve branch and company objectives
Senior Lettings Manager Requirements
- Proven residential lettings experience, ideally in a management position
- Strong track record of winning new business and driving branch performance
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to grow market share
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the Crawley property market is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
